Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns unless there is an issue with the fabric, e.g a rip. You can either have a refund, or exchange your item for the same one.
Depending on the item (whether it has been made to a custom size or not) you can exchange the items for a new size. I will not accept refunds or exchanges on custom orders as you have given your measurements along with choosing a style or fabric that no one else has asked for.
THERE IS A ONE WEEK RETURN PERIOD.
You cannot return an item if you do not want it anymore just as everything is handmade and this means I lose out on time and money and you cannot return your item if you have bought the wrong thing. I do not cover the costs of returns so bare this in mind when ordering.
Items such as high waisted bikini bottoms and bodysuits/swimsuits can only be exchanged or returned if the hygiene label has not been removed otherwise this is unhygienic.

with your order number in the subject so it is easy to locate your order. Once discussed I will give you the returns address.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS: When you buy items from this business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund or replacement of an item if it is faulty (photographic evidence must be provided) or misdescribed e.g if you receive a long sleeved top instead of a short sleeved top or if a top is listed as green and it is pink.
MY LEGAL RIGHTS: i do not have to accept returns or exchanges along the following terms:
- if you knew the item had a fault before buying it (such as a sample item off Depop with a snag).
- if you have damaged an item after receiving it.
- if you no longer want the item because it is the wrong size or colour.
- if you have ordered the wrong thing.
