Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns unless there is an issue with the fabric, e.g a rip. You can either have a refund, or exchange your item for the same one.
depending on the item (whether it has been made to a custom size or not) you can exchange the items for a new size. i will not accept refunds or exchanges on custom items.
There is a 1 week return period.
YOU CANNOT RETURN AN ITEM DUE TO NOT WANTING IT ANYMORE, or if you ordered the wrong thing.
items such as high waisted bikini bottoms and bodysuits/swimsuits cannot be returned as this is unhygienic.
I do not cover the costs of returns so bare this in mind when ordering. if the item arrives faulty then we can decide on the solution whether you want a new item or a refund and p&p will be covered to make sure you are 100% happy.

These include the right to claim a refund or replacement of an item if it is faulty (photographic evidence must be provided) or misdescribed e.g if you receive a long sleeved top instead of a short sleeved top or if a top is listed as green and it is pink.
MY LEGAL RIGHTS: i do not have to accept returns or exchanges along the following terms:
- if you knew the item had a fault before buying it (such as a sample item off depop with a snag).
- if you have damaged an item after receiving it.
- if you no longer want the item because it is the wrong size or colour.
- if you have ordered the wrong thing.
