RETURNS POLICY

 

Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns unless there is an issue with the fabric, e.g a rip. You can either have a refund, or exchange your item for the same one.

 

Depending on the item (whether it has been made to a custom size or not) you can exchange the items for a new size. I will not accept refunds or exchanges on custom orders as you have given your measurements along with chosen a fabric that no one else has asked for.

 

THERE IS A ONE WEEK RETURN PERIOD.

You cannot return an item if you do not want it anymore just as everything is handmade and this means I lose out on time and money and you cannot return your item if you have bought the wrong thing. I do not cover the costs of returns so bare this in mind when ordering.

Items such as high waisted bikini bottoms and bodysuits/swimsuits cannot be returned as this is unhygienic.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS: When you buy items from this business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund or replacement of an item if it is faulty (photographic evidence must be provided) or misdescribed e.g if you receive a long sleeved top instead of a short sleeved top or if a top is listed as green and it is pink.

MY LEGAL RIGHTS: i do not have to accept returns or exchanges along the following terms:

- if you knew the item had a fault before buying it (such as a sample item off Depop with a snag).

- if you have damaged an item after receiving it.

- if you no longer want the item because it is the wrong size or colour.

- if you have ordered the wrong thing.
